How to Request Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you have two options:

Option 1: Automated Deletion

Currently, automated deletion is available by contacting our admin team directly through the app's Contact Us page with the subject line "Delete My Account".

Option 2: Manual Request

You can email our support team at support@softmaji.in with your registered mobile number. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 days.

Data Retention

Upon deletion request:

• Your personal profile (Name, Mobile, Email) is removed immediately.
• Your Jaap counts are anonymized or deleted permanently.
• You will be removed from the Leaderboard.
